Refund policy

We provide a 30 day money back return policy.  To receive money back on a return the buyer must send back the item the same way it was shipped to the buyer.  The buyer must not alter or damage the product in any way.  Any altering of the product must be approved by JSM Computer Solutions before altering the product.  Buyer must pay shipping for any returned products unless an agreement has been made between JSM Computer Solutions and the buyer.
